- Description
- Naval Special Warfare Command (NSW), Contracting Department, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for design, project management, and refurbishment services at Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), HQ Building 624.� Objectives:� This contract shall provide services as identified in this SOO to include: Refurbish, upgrade, modernize identified HQ Building 624 spaces with NSW history and capabilities. Provide an Interior Designer or team to plan, design, project manage, and upgrade the spaces identified. Provide all required materials and products, not otherwise provided by the Government as defined in paragraphs 6.1 and 6.2, that correspond with the design. This includes, but is not limited to; visual displays, equipment and display cases, replica model boats/weapons, rugs, televisions (TV�s) and materials necessary for connections and mounting. Facilitate the placement, delivery, and installation of products related to the refurbishment and design. This may include appropriate lighting for the displays. Coordinate with the Contracting Officer�s Representative (COR) on Government furnished memorabilia, content of visual displays, and creation of models/displays.� Coordinate through the COR with the NSW historian, facilities personnel, and other stakeholders, as needed, to ensure project accuracy, efficiency, and project success. Completion of the Quarterdeck (entrance area), 1st floor stairwell, 2nd floor stairwell, and 2nd floor command hallway shall be completed No Later Than (NLT) 30 September 2021.� Completion of the SCIF and 2nd floor flag conference room shall be completed no later than 29 November 2021. Any exceptions to this shall be coordinated with, and approved by the COR and the Contracting Officer, in advance. The requirement will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures.� This is a 100% total Small Business set aside; NAICS code 541410, size standard $8,000,000.� The contract will include a base CLIN 0001 with a Not To Exceed (NTE) amount of $ 249,000. Performance will be Naval Amphibious Base (NAB) Coronado, CA.�
