- Solicitation Number 693JJ321R000006 is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is issued as a combined synopsis solicitation. The Federal Highway Administration has a requirement for a series of services as needed in a variety of transportation topics to support the Federal transportation planning program and process. This Request for Proposal shall result in a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5 year period of performance,�for a overall value of $10 million.� The objective of this IDIQ is to provide readily available support and services in response to FHWA transportation planning requirements and agency/Department of Transportation (DOT) priorities. The anticipated research program task areas include but are not limited to: Safety and Security Congestion Planning Scenario Planning and Visualization Geographic Information Systems� Livability, Sustainability, and Equity Performance-based Planning and Programming Freight Multi-jurisdictional and Megaregion Planning Connected and Autonomous Vehicles Economic Development Planning for Healthy Communities State, Metropolitan, Rural, and Tribal Planning� National/International Planning Tools (Border Planning, Corridor Planning, etc.) Planning and Environmental Linkages� Public Involvement Resiliency Travel Data, Modeling and Analysis Accessibility /Transition Design Planning Emerging Mobility Integration Multimodal Planning and Complete Streets Questions regarding this RFP are due to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist by April 1, 2021 at 12:00PM ET.
