- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � Pacific requires sanitation of the MOC-P Fleet in Kodiak, Alaska. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NMAN2100-21-00921 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562910, Remediation Services; the small business size standard is $22M. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1:� April 27, 2021, NOAA Ship Fairweather CLIN 2:� May 24, 2021, NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson CLIN 3:� June 2, 2021, NOAA Ship Rainier CLIN 4:� June 27, 2021, NOAA Ship Fairweather CLIN 5:� July 19, 2021, NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson CLIN 6:� July 23, 2021, NOAA Ship Rainier CLIN 7:� August 24, 2021, NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson CLIN 8:� August 26, 2021, NOAA Ship Fairweather (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� The vendor is to provide ship sanitation for the ships and dates above per the attached statement of need. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.� Sanitation is required for the ships and dates above at the location below: City Pier Berth 2 727 Shelikof Street Kodiak, Alaska 99615 (viii) All applicable provisions and clauses are attached in a separate document. (ix) Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned ratings is not applicable.
