- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number stated above, and it is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101, effective October 26, 2018. The Solicitation number is 6923G221Q0000003 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a fixed price purchase order. This requirement is a total set-aside for small business. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected (in accordance with FAR 52.219-06 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside which applies to this solicitation). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490 with a small business size standard of 32.5 Million. The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) at Kings Point, New York requires the services of a qualified organization capable of providing: all tools, labor, equipment, transportation and Supervision necessary for the set-up and tear down of two (2) tents on Barney Square located at the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) in Kings Point, NY. Tents will be used as an outdoor classroom for our Midshipmen for the Academies 3rd term semester.. The period of performance will be from April 9, 2021 through June 30, 2021. Set -up shall begin on April 8, 2021 and� must be completed by 1800 hours (6:00 p.m.).�� Removal of all equipment must be completed no later than July 2, 2021 . TERMS OF DELIVERY Delivery shall be FOB Destination Delivery and acceptance of deliverables shall be FOB DESTINATION at the following location: U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) Department of Maintenance and Repair 300 Steamboat Road Kings Point, NY 11024-1699 APPLICABLE SERVICE CONTRACT ACT WAGE DETERMINATION: The Service Contract Act Wage Determination applicable to this requirement is available online at the following address: https://beta.sam.gov/ INVOICE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS - The Contractor may submit invoices in either electronic or paper format. Electronic submission is preferred. (1) Electronic invoices shall be address to MARADInvoices@faa.gov. Electronic invoices shall conform to the following criteria, or be subject to rejection: a. Invoice and supporting documentation shall be in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. b. The e-mail subject shall include the contract/purchase order number and invoice number. c.
