Description
There is an Amendment to the FR 2108 & FR 2100 Soil and Water Improvement Project that includes additional verbiage to B.2 Schedule of Items Notes and provides the Pre-Bid Meeting questions and responses. The Amendment must be signed and included with the�FR 2108 & FR 2100 Soil and Water Improvement Project offer. The USDA Forest Service announces two (2) Civil Construction projects on the Mark Twain National Forest. The FR2108 & FR2100 Soil and Water Improvement and the Pavement Preservation - Restriping Cobb�Recreation Area The Government�s intent is for two contracts from this solicitation. Contractors can quote on one or both projects. The FR2108 & FR2100 Soil and Water Improvement project consists of road reconditioning, mowing/limbing, constructing drainage dips and placing aggregate onto FR 2108 (0.7 miles) and FR 2100 (1.8 miles).�See Attachment 1 for the FR2108 & FR2100 Soil and Water Improvement technical specifications. The Pavement Preservation - Restriping Cobb Recreation Area* project consists of cleaning and preparing pavement for restriping and painting and restriping pavement. See Attachment 2 for the Pavement Preservation - Restriping Cobb Recreation Area technical specifications. Secondary Point of Contact: Anthony Sowell, anthony.sowell@usda.gov or 417-683-4428 x111.� Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. Contractors are required to be registered in SAM at the time a quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation is posted to this www.sam.gov announcement and no hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. * Solicitation in Advance of Funding: Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Pavement Preservation - Restriping Cobb�Recreation Area project only.
