- Title: Emergency Spill Cleanup Place of Performance: Ramstein Air Base and all its Geographically-separated units (GSUs) Synopsis: 700 CONS/PKA, Kapaun Air Station, Germany is publicizing this sources sought to gather industry information with respect to an anticipated new contract for the Emergency Spill Cleanup at Ramstein Air Base, Germany and all its geographically-separated units (GSUs). This sources sought is issued solely for collecting industry information to be used for the purpose of market research and planning purposes. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) and/or Request for Quote (RFQ or promise to issue an RFP/RFQ in the future. It should not be construed as a commitment of the Government for any purpose other than market research and is not restricted to a particular acquisition approach. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the data collected in result of this market research and any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought is strictly voluntary. Not responding to this sources sought notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP and/or RFQ, if any is issued. This announcement constitutes Government market research and may result in revisions in both its requirements and anticipated acquisition strategies based on industry responses. Requirement Description: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to conduct emergency spill clean-up of hazardous spills at Ramstein Air Base, Germany and all its geographically separated units (GSUs) such as Bann, Breitenbach, Pirmasens, Einsiedlerhof, Landstuhl, Oberauerbach, and Kapaun. The emergency response activities include prevention of further spill extension, cleanup of spilled liquids, excavate contaminated soil, and refill. The services required are on call 24/7/365 days a year. The anticipated start date for performance is 01 Oct 2021.� 700 CONS anticipates to award a contract with a contractual period of 5 years. Interested sources shall respond to this sources sought notice no later than 07 April 2021 at 17:00 PM Central European Summer Time. Vendors are asked to review Attachment 1_MR Draft PWS_Emergency Spill Cleanup, Attachment 2_MR Questionnaire for Emergency Spill Cleanup to the POCs, and Atch 3 MR_CLIN and Price List and submit response to the listed below.
