- Amendment #1 - 03/25/2021 - Correction made to the Product Service Code (PSC).� Changed from PSC # DA10 to PSC #�DF10 - IT and TELECOM - IT Management as a Service. INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Gartner Subscription-based Research and Related Services � Gartner, Inc. SS-CFPB-054 The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), intends to make award to Gartner, Inc., 56 Top Gallant Road, Stamford, CT 06902-7700, on a limited source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for subscriptions to Gartner for Finance Leaders, Risk Management Leadership Council, and Gartner for Marketing Leaders. Gartner provides a unique combination of research, conferences, and consulting across the topic areas of which the CFPB requires support.� They provide a combination of self-service, curated collections, and advisory services.� They not only offer research, guidance, and benchmarking but they also offer conferences and other opportunities to meet with counterparts in other Federal agencies and public and private sectors to discuss current challenges and immerging technologies.� They also provide one-on-one support on high priorities and projects. Gartner offers services for financial management, risk management, internal control, marketing, CFO/financial management, budget and a host of other subject areas.� As these areas often share common challenges or technologies that can be used in various areas, Gartner has the ability to cross over multiple disciplines for a holistic view of the unique challenges faced by the CFPB.� Gartner also conducts research with both public and private sector entities.� Since Gartner conducts research with both the public and private sectors, the research provides a unique perspective in which its public sector customers can benchmark against the CFPB public sector colleagues and at the same time, take advantage of insights from the private sector. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this Special Notice. Telephone responses or inquiries to this Special Notice will NOT be accepted. Fiscal Service will consider written responses received no later than 11:00 AM EST March 30, 2021. Responses must be submitted electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, Attn: Sanner/White,�REF, SS-CFPB-054. Vendor responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows the proposed product is capable of meeting all of the characteristics of the services needed and described above. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements and is received by the aforementioned deadline, Fiscal Service shall make award on a limited source basis to Gartner, Inc. Qualified contractors must provide the following: The name and location of your company, contact information, and identify your business size and socioeconomic category (Large Business, Small Business, Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, HubZone, etc.). Please ensure contact information includes the name of the point of contact, email address, and telephone number should the Government have questions regarding individual responses. Whether your product is available through a Government contract vehicle or Open Market. A brief capabilities statement (not to exceed 5 pages) that includes a description of your company's standard line of business, as well as a list of customers your company currently provides these products/services for. DUNS Number. The following file extensions are not allowable and application materials/data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered: .bat, .cmd, .com, .exe, .pif, .rar, .scr, .vbs, .hta,, .cpl, and .zip files. *Microsoft Office compatible documents are acceptable. *No other information regarding this Special Notice will be provided at this time. *This notice does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. All firms responding to this notice are advised that their response is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to any resultant solicitation separately from their response to this notice, should one be issued.
