Description
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Datacamp, Inc., 350 5th Ave, Suite 7720, New York, New York 10118-0110, for approximately 500 licenses to the Datacamp platform under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b).� The procurement will provide a training platform with self-paced, formalized data science training to enhance novice through expert competencies and enable data professionals to apply new methodologies across any mission space. Specific topic areas shall include python (data analysis), Excel, SQL (data queries), Scala (machine learning), Tableau (data vis), R (data analysis), PowerBI (data vis), Oracle (data analysis), git (version controlling), >_shell (automation), and Spark (big data processing). The Datacamp platform allows for the management and assignment of training development mapping as well as learning management system integration. After extensive market research, NGA believes Datacamp is the only source reasonably available to satisfy this requirement. No competition is being sought. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any entity that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification no later than 12 pm EST on Friday, April 2, 2021. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
