- Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a qualified�contractor to service Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIBs) in accordance with HRMC-005-21. The required work shall take place at the contractor's facility. This solicitation is issued as RFQ N32253-21-Q-0029, a Firm Fixed Price total Small Business Set-aside. 03/25/2021 ATTACHMENT - revision 2 WI #321-11-001�updated�03/25/2021�supersedes�work specification from� original package dated 03/02/2021 and WI revision dated 03/24/2021.� The revision updates paragraph 3.6�and 3.7�as highlighted to include both vessels.� � � 03/24/2021�ATTACHMENT - revised WI #321-11-001�updated 03/24/2021 supersedes�work specification from original package dated 03/02/2021.� The revision�updates paragraph 3.8 to include both vessels for that line item as highlighted in attachment. Submit written offers in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the announcement. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04 and DFARS DPN 20200123. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 336611 and Size Standard of 1,250 employees apply to this procurement. All questions shall be submitted, in writing via e-mail, to evangeline.calaustro@navy.mil and joel.auer@navy.mil by Monday, 22�March, 2021 at 0700 HST. The Government does not anticipate extending the due date for receipt of quotes, therefore, review the RFQ and these instructions thoroughly so all of your concerns/questions can be addressed.� Attachment:� Question�received and corresponding Government's response is attached for your information.� Quotes are due to this office no later than Friday, 26�March, 2021 at 10:00 AM, HST.
