- Please see attached solicitation, and use the attached SF-18 in order to submit a quote.� To set up a site visit, please contact Ricky Guidry at ricky.guidy@noaa.gov or�337-794-8749 at least one day in advance. This is a presolicitation notice for a Storage Building Replacement at the NOAA Weather Forecasting Office (WFO) in Lake Charles, LA. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.� The associated NAICS code is 238290.� The small business size standard is $16.5 Million. Performance period shall be 120 days from the date of award. The level of magnitude for this procurement is $25,000.00 - $100,000.00.� In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.� The RFQ will be made available only on the Contract Opportunities website http://www.beta.sam.gov and is scheduled for issuance on March 26, 2021 and closes April 7, 2021.� Quotes shall be submitted no later than 05:00 pm MDT.� See solicitation for contacts for site visit scheduling.� No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
