Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION 127EAW21Q0005 - Log Springs Decommissioning This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Description of Work: The intent of this contract is to demolish and dispose of a barracks (#1309), mess hall (#1375), gas house (#2501) and a storage shed (#2311) at Log Springs Station. Items attached to or located inside the buildings will be considered incidental to the decommissioning project and shall be removed and disposed of accordingly. Concrete foundations, slabs, stairs, sidewalks and porches attached to or in the vicinity of the buildings are considered part of the decommissioning project and shall be removed from the premises in accordance with the specifications herein. (See attached solicitation package for all project information.)
