Description

This is a concessionaire contract effort for Barbershop services at Minot AFB, ND. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be set up as a base plus four option year contract. �The contractor must be able to provide a military standard haircut for male and female customers that meet the customer�s requirements. Other required services shall include but are not limited to shampoos, razor cuts, styled cuts, hair styling and other specialized styles. The contractor may issue coupons or other customer incentives at their own expense if desired.�All products and services must meet current industry standards.�The Barber Shop is located inside. Rockers, 292 Peacekeeper Place, Minot AFB ND. There is enough space for two barbers and one apprentice. All interested parties must use the Statement of Work (SOW) attached to compete for contract award. The verbiage in the SOW is that the contractor will, ""Operate said barber shop and provide barber services of a quality satisfactory for a payment of ______________ per month.""�Award will be based on highest total proposed to be paid to Rockers Bar & Grill each month. Questions will be accepted no later than 8 April 2021, 4:30 PM CST. All answers will be addressed and posted by 12 April 2021, 1:00 PM CST.� ""This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.""
