The tentative date for issuing the pending Request for Quote (RFQ) is the week of 29 March 2021. The RFQ is anticipated to be available on the GPE website for approximately two weeks. All quote packages shall be submitted via email to the contracting officer and contract specialist and be received in their inboxes on or before the date and time established in the RFQ. The objective of the contract is to obtain janitorial services for the National Weather Service's (NWS's) Weather Forecast Office in Gray, Maine.� (17) Place of Contract Performance. Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15) WOSB Certification Required If the offeror is not designated as certified or does not have a pending application for certification as a WOSB in the Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) at the time of the submission of the offer, its offer is not eligible for award and will be removed from consideration. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to a WOSB concern designated as certified as a WOSB concern in DSBS.
