- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items provided in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being request and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-4. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is W50S9C-21-Q-0001. The Vermont Air National Guard, has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for 14 fully furnished accommodations as outlined in this solicitation and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is a small business set aside under NAICS Code 721110 with size standard $35.0M. The Anticipated Period of Performance is 21 April 2021 through 30 June 2021. (71 days). Offeror Representations and Certifications � Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the System for Awards Management (SAM) website at�http://www.betasam.gov. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions � Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders � Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.� The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotations. It is the vendor�s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of quotations receipt. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted NO LATER THAN 11:00am Eastern Standard Time 30 March 2021 to TSgt Kristen Lucey at kristen.lucey.2@us.af.mil. Questions with Answers will be posted no later than 1 April 2021, 5:00 pm. EST or sooner if possible. Please send all quotations by mail or electronic (email to kristen.lucey.2@us.af.mil) to arrive NO LATER THAN 5 April 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. (EST).
