- U.S. GOVERNMENT Solicitation 6CA1141 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Mateo Delineated Area: � � � � � �San Mateo: � � � � � � � � � � � �North: Crystal Springs Road to 3rd Avenue � � � � � � � � � � � �East: US Hwy 101 � � � � � � � � � � � �South: W. Hillsdale Blvd � � � � � � � � � � � �West: Alameda de Las Pulgas Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,910 ABOA Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Additional Parking Spaces: According to code Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: 1) Space must be located on the ground floor or the top floor of the building. If located on the top floor, space must be served by a minimum of two elevators. 2) Space must be contiguous. 3) Space must be located not more than the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street. 4) Space must not be more than twice as long as it is wide. 5) Columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from other columns and columns must be no more than 2 square feet. 6) The offered space must have at least one separate employee entrance providing ingress without going through the reception area. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic (RP8) and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: February 22, 2019 Market Survey (Estimated): March 6, 2019 Occupancy: December 1, 2020 Expressions of interest must include the following information: � Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; � Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; � ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); � Date of space availability; � Building ownership information; � Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); � Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; � List of building services provided. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this advertisement. GSA will consider touring the submitted building only upon receiving written authorization from the building owner.
