- PARIETTE FIELD STATION REPLACEMENT The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Green River District, intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the construction of a new Pariette Field Station facility. The facility building will be a 1178 square foot slab on grade steel building with lean-to shade structures on each side of the building. There will be a small office and bathroom located in the building with a mezzanine with stairway access above the office and bathroom areas. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and constructing the building, including all interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and associated site work which includes; Installation of new potable water storage and distribution system, Upgrading the existing photo-voltaic system, Installing two RV pads with water sewer and electrical hookups, and Upgrading the existing on-site wastewater treatment system. This project also includes the disposal of three existing buildings including a single wide residential trailer, a metal granary, and a 2 bay metal shop building. The work is located at the Pariette Field Station in Uintah County, UT, approximately 1 1/2 hours from Vernal, UT. The contract period of performance is 7 months from issuance of the notice to proceed. A site visit will be held on April 20, 2021 at 11:00 am MDT at the project site, and attendance is highly encouraged. See attached Maps. This project will be 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 236210 - Industrial Building Construction. Davis Bacon Act (DBA) is applicable and the appropriate DBA Wage Determination(s) will be included in the solicitation. Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number 140L5721R0003, will be posted electronically at beta.sam.gov on or about April 07, 2020, with solicitation closing date 30 days later. These dates are subject to change. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall monitor the solicitation at the sites listed above. Interested parties shall periodically check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guaranteed notification. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. A bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond are required. To be considered eligible for award, vendors must be registered and have active profiles with completed representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov). There is NO fee to register for this site.
