- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Serbia will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. Major duties and responsibilities are to provide regular maintenance of the waste water treatment plant, sewers and ancillary equipment at the Embassy compound at Bulevar kneza Aleksandra Karadjordjevica 92, Belgrade. The Embassy Compound is equipped with two waste water treatment plants (WWTP) including 5 blowers, 2 lift station pumps, 4 effluent pumps and 2 sludge pumps. The sewage system includes the following components: 98 storm drain manholes, 21 sanitary sewage manholes and 5 oil/water separators. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. � The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
