- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract under solicitation W56HZV-21-Q-0068, for Rough Terrain Container Handler (RTCH) Multi-Camera and Rear Radar System Kit.� This action will be on a sole source basis with Independent Rough Terrain Center LLC (IRTC) of Cibolo, TX.� The proposed contract action is for hardware and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), �Soliciting from a Single Source�. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals, or a solicitation of offers.� However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� A determination not to compete this proposed contract action, upon response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The point of contact for this action is Trisha DeMartino at trisha.l.demartino.civ@mail.mil.
