Description

See attached documents for Amendment 2. See attached documents for Amendment 1. NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) has a requirement for a Helium Dilution Refrigerator System.� Contractor shall provide, install, and commission this system with optical access ports and additional cabling options as detailed in the requirements. NASA is developing cryogenic detectors, which require sub-Kelvin cryogenic systems for testing. This is in support of the development of millimeter, sub-millimeter, and IR detectors. Upon approval by GSFC the offeror shall appropriately package the system for shipment, FOB destination, to NASA/GSFC, Greenbelt, MD 20771. See attached Statement of Work. The solicitation number is 80GSFC21001RFP. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.��� All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.� The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet.� These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.� Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer.� It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).� Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).� All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Odessia.H.Becks@nasa.gov no later than COB on 3/15/2021. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. Any interested organizations should submit their capabilities, qualifications, and proposal to perform the effort in writing according to the directions in the RFP, submissions made by any other means will not be considered. The due date for receipt of offers is 3/30/2021. �
