This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23), on behalf of The US Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care System of St. Cloud, MN, hereinafter referred to as STCVAHCS located at 4801 Veterans Dr., St. Cloud, MN 56303, contemplates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) in order to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for provision of SPS Instrument Repair. The performance period will be from time of contract award through end of the 1-year base period, currently estimated to be 5/5/2021 5/4/2022. There will also be a potential 4 Option Years offered for this contract. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 13 and 13.5, and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR). The tentative issue date for any actual solicitation will follow on/about April 05, 2021. The date is not firm and may change due to events out of our control. The solicitation posting location is the Beta.Sam.Gov Contract Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/. Offerors are responsible for checking the website regularly to obtain possible amendments. All parties must obtain all notices and amendments to the solicitation through this website. Hard copies will not be mailed. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the proposal instructions outlined in the solicitation. Proposals will be due not less than 15 days after the issuance of any solicitation. Applicable NAICS code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. SBA Small Business Size Standard is $22 Million. This requirement is a FULL and OPEN competition. All qualified offerors are invited to provide their proposal. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and required vehicles and service in accordance with the RFQ Performance Work Statement (PWS).
