Description

The Portland Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), or Small Business sources capable of meeting the requirement listed below. The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. Minimum Salient Characteristics: 1. The Hearing Aid Analyzer Equipment must measure auditory evoked potentials using two channels, to include Auditory Brainstem (evoked) Responses, Auditory Steady State Responses and Otoacoustic emissions. 2. Any additional display requirements will use existing computer screen 3. If any software is required or associated with purchase please provide additional documentation. 4. Power Requirements: i. Voltage (AC/DC) range from____50___To_____60_________ ii. Power Cable Length Minimum___6 _____Maximum______12 ____ iii. Grounded? Yes__X_____No___ _____ iv. Battery Powered/Backup? Minimum Warranty Months/Years 2 yrs. b. Parts/Service/Support options: _______ 8. 8. Additional instructions/Needs/Specifications: a. System and software will be loaded on existing Window s 10 computer system using existing monitor and keyboard. NOTE: TO QUALIFY SDVOSB AND VOSB VENDORS MUST BE CERTIFIED IN THE VA VENDOR INFORMATION PAGES (VIP) DATABASE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339112. Any SDVOSB, VOSB, or Small Business firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this product must provide product specifications, performance and delivery information by notifying the Contract Specialist no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, February 18, 2021.
