Description

Intent to award sole source. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available.�See attached sole source document.� All labor, tools, parts, materials, supplies, reagents, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide preventive maintenance and calibration for the four (4) Olympus OER Pros within the Military Treatment Facility (MTF). This PMA is required for the inspection, maintenance, and calibration for each of these sterilization units.� � Serial numbers: 2633502, 2633484, 2633482 and 2633596.�
