NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Solicitation #: OAS-CAO-R-21-0010 Notice Type: Sole Source Award Notice to OCLC Inc. Title: Library Management System PSC: 7C21 - IT telecom management system NAICS: 518210 � Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. Description � This synopsis shall serve as the Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Administration�s notice of intent to issue a sole source Purchase Order to OCLC, Inc. (DUNS code 063587745) for theFedRamp Library Management System, for EOP authorized library management and index based discovery system. �The period of performance is a 12-month base period plus four (4) option years.� This is a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) and the proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.3, only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. �The determination has been made that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably capable due to the specialized EOP IT Security and System requirements of the requested supply and services and no other sources would be able to accurately satisfy Government requirements.� This notice is valid until Wednesday, 10 April 2021. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract action. �It is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. �Requests for copies of any solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to provide and perform the required supply and services. �No responses to the notice of intent to sole source are anticipated. �All questions and/or comments regarding this notice shall be addressed in writing to LorieAnne Kliewer at lorie.a.kliewer@oa.eop.gov and Gloria Norwood at gloria.r.norwood@oa.eop.gov.
