- Synopsis: The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC - APG) Source Selection Support Center of Excellence (S3CoE) will host its FY 21 Q~3 virtual symposium �entitled Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) for DoD Acquisitions on 14 April 2021 online via Microsoft Teams.� � The purpose of the symposium is to afford our industry and government partners an opportunity to learn more about �the DoD Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) strategy, guidance,� policy, where we are today, what to watch for and where we may be going.� We�ll also discuss the top three (3) myths, supporting facts, challenges (hot topics) and potential opportunities.�� Our combined panel will include representation from the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment OUSD (A&S), the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications -Tactical (PEO C3T) and the Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEWS).� ��� Agenda Welcome MOSA highlights and information sharing from our combined expert panel Panel~ Audience Questions/Answers Closing Remarks Please send MOSA symposium questions no later than 2 April 2021.� The RSVP deadline date to attend the symposium is 9 April 2021.� Please send questions and RSVP requests to the ACC APG S3CoE email address��usarmy.apg.acc.mbx.acc-apg-s3coe@mail.mil� � The Microsoft Teams Live Event symposium link with instructions, will be sent to registrants on 12 April 2021 (ET) no later than 11:00 am ET.� MOSA Symposium Date and Time:� 14 April 2021, 9:00 am -10:30 am (ET) Location:� Online via Microsoft Teams Live Event Please call 410-278-SNOW (7669) for inclement weather updates on day of symposium. Post symposium information: The symposium slides, questions, answers and post symposium summary will be posted on beta.SAM.gov no later than 23 April 2021 for personnel unable to attend (recording will not be available). This announcement is in accordance with FAR 15.201 and does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts. The symposium presentation is intended to provide information to Government and Industry without the promise of a current or future contract. Attendance is voluntary and is not required to propose to any potential solicitation. The Government will not provide reimbursement for any costs incurred to participate in this event as a panel or audience member.
