- Notice of Intent to Sole Source Special Notice: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting a proposal�for an out-of-scope modification to the existing firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract W912QR-18-C-0045 awarded to Dawn Incorporated for Renovation of Building 125 at Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis PA. As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: The modification consists of the furnishing and installation of a server to function as the remote Utility Management and Control System (UMCS) and to connect the Building Control System-Direct Digital Controls (DDC) from the primary contract scope of work for Building 125. The stand-alone system must function until completion of a system upgrade, by others, to enable connection to the UMCS. �Additionally, the modification consists of revising the commissioning procedures in the existing contract to incorporate the commissioning of the new server added in this modification. Brand-name Siemen�s software must be used for this modification. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time on 9�April�2021 to Adam.M.Wantland@usace.army.mil THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
