Description

On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a grounds maintenance services requirement to procure Ground Maintenance Services at the Gerry United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 4455 Lavant Gerry Road, Gerry, NY 14740.. The period of performance for this requirement shall be one, 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods. Incumbent Information Contract Number: W15QKN-16-P-1066 Contractor: ODDO Construction Services, LLC Period of Performance: One, 12-month base year and four, 12-month option years. The purpose of the amendment 0001 is to change the site visit date from 24 March 2021 at 10 am to 25 March 2021 at 11 am. See below for amendment. The purpose of amendment 0002 is to extend the solicitation close date one w eek f rom 30 March 2021 to 6 April 2021, due to an error within the site map. A new site map is forthcoming and will be provided via another amendment.
