General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:� CALIFORNIA City:� SYLMAR Delineated Area: N:� GLENOAKS BLVD, S:� GOLDEN STATE FREEWAY (I-5), E:� FOOTHILL/SAN FERNANDO FREEWAY (I-210), W:� SUNLAND BLVD Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 9,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 10,000 Space Type:� Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):� 6 Parking Spaces (Surface):� 6 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 6 Full Term:� 10 years Firm Term:� 5 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
