This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL, 33744, has a need to purchase a software upgrade, a CARTO PRIME Module Kit and CARTO-3. This solicitation is for Brand Name Only. The brand name/manufacturer is Biosense Webster. The RFQ number is 36C24821Q0694. The government anticipates making an award as a firm-fixed price requirements contract resulting from this solicitation. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05/03-10-2021. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, standard size is $41.5M. The combined synopsis solicitation is: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. New product(s) only. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. Quotes must be valid for 60 days. All quotes are due by April 2, 2021; not later than (NLT) 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) via e-mail to: janice.fornaro@va.gov. Offers received after the exact time specified in the solicitation are considered late and, may at the discretion of the Contracting Officer, be considered if the action would not unduly delay the acquisition or are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
