To change the business size to Small Business. 2. To extend the closing date to Monday, March 29, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MD) All others to remain the same. ______________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 140A2321Q0182 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. DESCRIPTION: This acquisition is set aside Small Business. In order to participate in this solicitation, vendors MUST qualify under the following NAICS Code is 713990, All other amusement and recreation industries, Size Standards in number of dollars $38.5. In order to participate on this solicitation, Vendors must qualify under the following NAICS Code: 713990 and this NAICS code should be in their SAM profile if not, then the quote will not be considered. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide consisting of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision, transportation and incidentals necessary when providing upgrade Services for the following locations: STATEMENT OF WORK: Chemawa Indian School Challenge Course Safety Update Project Statement of Work Purpose 1. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide repair services to the Chemawa Challenge Course for Chemawa Indian School. 2. PROJECT LOCATION: Chemawa Indian School 3700 Chemawa Road NE Salem, OR 97305-1199 The purpose of this contract is to repair, update and meet all safety standards set forth by the Association of Challenge Course Technology on the Chemawa Challenge Course. The Chemawa Challenge Course is a combination of High Rope and Low rope elements located outside. Quality The following work is required to meet safety standards set forth by the Association of Challenge Course Technology. This agency sets nationally recognized standards for safety for challenge course use. � Leap of Faith: -Rebolt right side of the element and belay cable � Rebolt ground anchor, new back up cable � Catwalk: 4 bolts to reattach log � Multi-vine: rebolt and rebuild foot and element cables � Giant�s Ladder: -Right ground belay bolt -Reattach Access Cable � Junkyard: -rebolt and rebuild upper and lower element sections due to strand vices � belay bolts and cable rebuild (strand vice) � 2 back up cables High V: - Rebuild. � Add inspection cable between the two far trees of High V � More access staples -ground belay bolts and back up cables � High Circuit: -Hand line rebuild � Shares back up with Strand vice from Charlie Chaplin- rebuild � The Wall: tear down � Spider�s web: Install a new element into two trees by Diversity Trail � Diversity Trail: Replace 3 foot cable bolts and re-build. � Squeeze Platform installed in trees for Zip line launch area � Resurface Climbing Tower with more sustainable materials � Add hand grips for climbing tower � Tighten Guy anchors on climbing tower � 10-15 more hand holds for hard sections � Zip line: re-bolt Alf self-belaying device to tree � Reinstall Alf device on Zip line � new 2x4 PT on Landing platform � Fix all needed safety concerns on Challenge Course as needed.
