- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency Maritime Puget Sound intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of Diviny Cell HCP70 manufactured in accordance with material specifications. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility, BLDG 514, Bremerton, WA. 98314. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 29 Mar 2021. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at http://betasam.gov/. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. The closing date of the solicitation will be 10 days from the solicitation posting. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from Beta Sam.Gov and to frequently monitor Beta Sam for any amendments. NOTE: VENDORS SUBMITTING AN OFFER TO THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE JCP CERTIFIED AND MUST CERTIFY AND ANNOTATE THEIR JCP CERTIFICATION STATUS ON THEIR OFFICIAL OFFER. PLEASE NOTE DISTRIBUTION ""D"" DRAWINGS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS REQUIREMENT, THEREFORE ANY VENDOR WISHING TO RECEIVE COPIES OF THE ""D"" DRAWINGS MUST CERTIFY AND SUBMIT THEIR JCP CERTIFICATION STATUS TO THE BUYER VIA EMAIL. TO RECIEVE A COPIES OF THE ""D"" DRAWINGS AFTER CERTIFYING JCP CERTIFICATION STATUS, PLEASE CONTACT TIMOTHY EASTER AT EMAIL: TIMOTHY.EASTER@DLA.MIL FOR ASSISTANCE. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
