Description

Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), the Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration intends to issue a sole source purchase order to NLEX Inc. for support service for MLex Market Insight Subscriptions Services by NLEX Inc. for the International Trade Administration (ITA). ITA seeks to procure online subscription news on policy developments from European Commission and Parliament and the U.S. Reports will deliver reliable and comprehensive intelligence on what is driving international trade. Intelligence access will report on areas of European and U.S. Cybersecurity and Data Protection, Financial Services, Technology, Trade, Healthcare, and Competition.�This product will enable the Office of Digital Service Industries (ODSI) to stay up to date and current in these mission critical areas. ODSI heavily relies on these intelligence tools to ensure that we are kept informed about developments globally and particularly in the Asia-Pacific region as it impacts U.S. participation in the APEC Cross-Border Privacy Rules System. The intent of this notice is not to request competitive quotations and no solicitation is available or will be issued. Any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. Interested parties may submit a description of their firms' capabilities for satisfying the requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort.
