- Description
- This is a non-personal services contract to provide annual maintenance, testing and to provide repairs as needed on the HVAC System at Albeni Falls Dam. Albeni Falls Dam primary powerhouse HVAC system is comprised of a 30HX liquid chiller unit with shell and tube condenser and 2 Carlyle screw type compressors, compressors A and B run circuits A and B, respectively. The system is currently running at reduced capacity due to component malfunctions and alert codes and thus requires unreasonable labor hours to maintain operation.
