Description

This pre-solicitation notice is for Grounds Maintenance Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division (99th RD) at the Staten Island United States Army Reserve Center (USARC), 365 Battery Road, Staten Island, NY 10305. This solicitation will be for 100% Small Business set aside. This award will be a single fixed price contract. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all materials, labor and technical expertise to perform the requirements in accordance with the specifications and allotted period of performance described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561730 � Landscaping Services �with� a size standard of $8M. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-21-Q-5096. The solicitation will be posted on or about 30th March 2021 via BetaSAM at Beta.SAM.gov/. The official due date for all proposals will be stated in the solicitation. The due date of 7th April 2021, is for any questions in regards to the solicitation under the �instruction to offerors section�. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
