- This is a combined sysnopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in acordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� The solicitation number is 7037-21-Q-PQQ11000 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein.� The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the latest version of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).� The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel.� Only qualified Contractors or vendors may submit any bids or price quotes� In particular, US Coast Guard sector SAn Diego request the following items:� Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, license as required and supervision to replace two (2) each Roof Top HVAC units and install new condensate piping in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW).� All parts or materials that�will �be use�must be approved by the Contracting Officer Technical representative (COR/COTR) - CWO4 Dave George (619) 278-7202.� All interested Vendors or Contractors are encouraged to vist the actual site to ascertain the condition and take their own measurement and dimensions.��Please call the designated COR/COTR for an appoinment.� All prospective vendors/contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.� All bids or proposals will be evaluated base on technical knowledge, experience, flexibility in military working environment and prices (not necessarily in that order).� Please submit all your proposals via e-mail to:� Noel.P.Profeta@uscg.mil.� Deadline for bids/price quote submissions:� 10:00AM (local) 20 April 2021.
