- Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C25221B0009 Project: Road and Parking Lot Painting Project Number: None Assigned Location: Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI The Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center has a requirement to paint and/or re-paint symbols and signs on campus roadways and parking lots. The total five-year magnitude price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The VA intends to award a single-award IDIQ contract with a five-year ordering period with a $800,000 ceiling. The VA will then issue task orders as needed. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 237310. The IDIQ contract is scheduled to be awarded in the April timeframe, with the first task order being awarded at the same time. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE) on or about March 1, 2021. The bid opening is approximately scheduled for April 1, 2021. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project and the time and date will be announced in the solicitation. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database.
