- *****The due date is being extended to 05 Apr 2021******* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (See Attached) for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued aside from the one posted here. See attached FAR 52.204-24 Representations, fill-out/sign and return with quote.� This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-03, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) ) changes effective 15 Jan 2021, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2019-1001. The Air Force Sustainment Center�s Maintenance Contracting Branch (AFSC/PZIMC) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, will award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for the acquisition of Thermal Spray Flat Panel Coupons for the Oklahoma City Air Logistic Complex (OC-ALC).� This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-aside (NAICS Code 332710; Size standard is 500). Any quote from a large businesses is ineligible for award The Air Force Sustainment Center�s Maintenance Contracting Branch (AFSC/PZIMC) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the acquisition of Thermal Spray Flat Panel Coupons.� For a complete list of required materials, see Section 2 below.� Please work the cost of shipping into your items.� A separate charge for shipping is not allowed. Quotes are valid for no less than 30 days.
