- COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION Title: Automated Multiplex Live Single Cell Analysis Platform �(i)������� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)������� The solicitation number is 75N95021Q00098 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).�� This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13�Simplified Acquisition Procedures; FAR Subpart 13.5�Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; and FAR Part 12�Acquisition of Commercial Items, and is not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. THIS IS A NON-COMPETITIVE (NOTICE OF INTENT) COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER WITHOUT PROVIDING FOR FULL OR OPEN COMPETITION (INCLUDING BRAND-NAME).� The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Office of Acquisition (OA), on behalf of the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), intends to negotiate and award a purchase order without providing for full and open competition (including brand-name) to IsoPlexis, Inc., 35 NE Industrial Road, Branford, CT 06405 for an IsoPlexis IsoSpark� single cell proteomics platform. This acquisition is conducted as non-competitive for a commercial item or service and is conducted pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). (iii)������ The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2021-05, with effective date March 10, 2021. (iv)������ The associated NAICS code 334516 and the small business size standard is 1,000.� This requirement has no set aside restrictions. The place of delivery and acceptance will be NIH-National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, 9800 Medical Center Drive, Rockville, MD 20850 Quantity: 1 Unit of Measure: Not applicable The automated multiplex live single cell analysis platform must meet the following salient characteristic requirements and capabilities listed below: Automated highly multiplexed live single cell secretome analysis. Single cell highly multiplexed phosphoproteomic of up to 15+ different cytokines and metabolomic analysis from single cells. Bulk/population analysis all on one platform. Highly multiplexed bulk secretome protein analysis of up to 30+ different cytokines from very low sample volumes of 11ul total in a completely automated manner. Utilize on-board 37C, CO2 incubator for highly multiplexed secreted protein profiles of up to 30+ different cytokines from 500-1500 live cells. Proteomic analysis software that integrates with IsoSpark to provide automated data analysis and generate advanced 3D visualizations such as UMAP and t-SNE, with a guided user interface. (vii)����� The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this acquisition and the anticipated delivery date is within 2-4 weeks after receipt of order (ARO). Delivery will be f.o.b. destination. The place of delivery and acceptance will be NIH-National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, 9800 Medical Center Drive, Rockville, MD 20850.
