Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA8571-21-Q-0017. This solicitation will be solicited under Sole Source to:� Corelis, Inc. 13100 Alondra Blvd. Suite 102, Cerritos, CA 90703 Cage Code: 1KEB5 Type Business: Small The Contractor shall provide all parts, materials, equipment and shipping required to provide four (4) each Corelis PXIe-1149.5 Modules, part number 10421, for the Versatile Diagnostic Automatic Test Station (VDATS) Systems Integration Lab (SIL) Augmentation build to the 581 Software Engineering Squadron (SWES), 402 Software Maintenance Engineering Group (SWEG), Bldg. 639 at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Small Business Size Standard: NAICS: 334515 No. of Employees: 750 Dollars: N/A Delivery: No later than three (3) weeks after contract award. FOB Destination Inspection/Acceptance: Destination Quotations should be emailed to thomas.royal.1@us.af.mil no later than 2 April 2021 at 1:00 PM EST. The anticipated award date is 9 April 2021.
