Description
THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for the VirTra Year Annual Service, VirTra Tetherless-Sig P320CA, VirTra Tetherless-Sig P320-Magazine-Carry/Full Size, VirTra Tetherless-P320FS/CA-Adapter Plate for the 45 Security Forces Squadron located on Patrick Space Force Base and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. This is a Sole Source requirement with VirTra Systems, LLC. IAW FAR 13.106(b)(1). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) VirTra Systems, LLC is the only source capable of fulfilling the government�s requirement; these specifications are a unique requirement to support the 45th Security Forces Wing mission requirement. The attached Sole Source Justification is available for review. No solicitation documentation exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 333318. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis. The 45 CON/PKBB has determine that VirTra, LLC is the only source capable of providing this requirement. Phone calls will not be accepted. The solicitation number FA2521-21-Q-B036 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote.
