Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has�awarded a firm-fixed price (FFP) sole source contract for procurement of the�Specialty Piping Components equipment for use on Navy ships. The�supplies were procured utilizing other than full and open competition from Oil States Industries, Inc. (OSI) located in Arlington, Texas in accordance�with FAR 6.302-1 as only OSI meets the Government's requirements and is�the original designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of this equipment.�This OSI equipment is used for Specialty Piping Components on Navy ships.
