Description

SOLE SOURCE NITICE OF INTENT TO AWARD- CABLE TELEVISION SERVICES This is a notice that the 87th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to COMCAST of Garden State, L.P. for the operation and maintenance of Cable Television services at the All American Inns, to include Temporary Lodging Facilities, Visiting Airman Quarters and Visiting Officers Quarters throughout Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB-MDL). The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: Basic Cable Television Service Quantity: 1 lot of 854 Units The proposed NAICS for this requirement is 517311 with a size standard of 1,500 Employees. Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same services may submit a capabilities statement addressing their specific abilities regarding this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. All responses are due by 3 April 2021, 8:00 AM Eastern Time and can be sent to Mr. Rick Driscoll at richard.driscoll.2@us.af.mil.
