- The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) intends to procure the Lifecycle Contractor Support (LCCS) for the AN/ZSQ-2 Forward Looking Infra-red (FLIR) / Electro-Optical Sensor System (EOSS) components and related services using a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Indefinite Delivery -Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The proposed source is Raytheon Intelligence and Space, 2501 W. University Drive, McKinney, Texas 75071-1300. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330. The contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Raytheon Intelligence and Space is the only contractor capable of meeting the Government�s requirement to provide Lifecycle Contractor Support for the AN/ZSQ-2 Forward Looking Infra-red (FLIR) / Electro-Optical Sensor System (EOSS) components and related services. Disclaimer: This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capabilities statements or proposals received within the closing date set in this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Submission Details: All interested, capable, and responsible sources that would like to respond to this synopsis are encouraged to provide a statement of interest along with supporting documentation.
