Description: The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to 3 Range Combatives for a 5 day course for situational awareness and theory's and principles of fighting.�This requirement is for the Counterterrorism Fly Team.�Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ricardo Tiggle�by email. The email address is rtiggle@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date 4/9/2021 at 11:59pm est.�Please see the attached Sole Source Justification and SOW.
