Q&A for RFQ # 36C78621Q0125 Chattanooga National Cemetery Janitorial Services 1 Solicitation Questions: Answers: Can you provide me with the current monthly or annual cost for the service you are paying now. Also the name of the company providing the service now. Contract #36C78620C0273. $9,250.00. Who is the incumbent? What is the annual value of the existing contract? The contractor must provide consumables. What is the visitor count per week? What is the area (sq. ft.) of each of the three buildings? What is the scope of ""deep clean/disinfection services""? ""One day of service? See above. See pricing related to the incumbent contract above. See Solicitation #36C78621Q0125. Approximately 500. Administration Building     1,345 square ft Maintenance|Break and Office Area  1,505 square ft. Public Rest Rooms              1,000 square ft. ways. And surrounding covered areas such as entrance ways. See Statement of Work (Page 6). Page 2 of the RFQ states ""This is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)"" Is this bid open to organizations that are not Service-Disabled Veteran Owned? As stipulated in the Solicitation, this is a 100% Service Disabled Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. What is the size of carpeted floors? 757 square feet. What is the size of tiled floors?  3,446 for all three buildings that are designated in the SOW. Are there any wooden or stone floors? If so, what are the sizes? No. What is the total FTE? 15. What is the average number of visitors daily? The approximate number of visitors daily is 100. Is Contractor responsible for hand sanitizer? If so, what type of brand/model is being used for the dispenser? and how many hand sanitizer dispensers are there? Yes, as stipulated on page 2 of the SOW.   Brand of dispenser is Purell. 2 dispensers. What type of air sanitizer dispenser is being used? and how many are there? We currently do not have automatic air sanitizers. How many restrooms are there in total? 5. SOW states that Janitorial Service shall be performed and completed before 9:30AM, and how early can the contractor start work? Work can start work at 7:45 a.m. at the maintenance building. The admin building will not be available until 8:00 a.m. What is the expected required work hours for the holiday/weekend coverage Same as business weekdays. Could you confirm that there are Quarterly periodic tasks consisting of the following; Window cleaning interior & Exterior of the building, Strip/Wax, Carpet Shampoo, and Deep cleaning (disinfecting) of the areas. Yes. Could you confirm that the CLIN0005 includes all quarterly tasks mentioned in question #15 and no other?   Yes. Can existing Past Performance Questionnaires be submitted to avoid repeatedly burdening busy clients during this hectic time? See Solicitation (Page 6) for submission requirements related to Past Performance Questionnaires. Can all four required volumes be submitted in a single file to reduce opportunities for error and omission See Quotation Preparation Instructions (Page 5) for submission requirements related to quotation volumes. Questions are due 3/29. When will answers be posted? All solicitation actions will be immediately posted to the Contract Opportunities portal.
