Description
Dear MATOC Contractors: Reference is made to your Indefinite Delivery Contracts, Numbers W9128F-16-D-0021 thru W9128F-16-D-0033, W9128F-16-D-0057, & W9128F-16-D-0058, Multiple Award Task Order Contracts for the Fuels MATOC. We request you submit a proposal for the DISA Diesel Fuel Storage Tank Project, as detailed in the scope of work, drawings, and specifications posted on www.beta.sam.gov. The documents are available for download on the beta.Sam website only. All vendors must be registered in the SAM database. The RFP can be found by logging into the website as a vendor and searching on the solicitation number W912QR-01838366. The cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. PLEASE NOTE: This is for construction services only. The basis for award of this task order is the Best Value Trade Off Source Selection Process. The Government will evaluate proposals in accordance with the criteria described herein. The Contracting Officer will award a firm fixed price task order to the responsible MATOC contractor whom the Contracting Officer determines conforms to the solicitation, is fair and reasonable, and offers the best overall value to the Government, all factors considered. The Government reserves the right to accept other than the lowest priced offer or to reject all offers.� The Government will review all past performance information available for the MATOC contractors on the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), using all CAGE/Unique Entity Identifier numbers. The Government will review all past performance information collected and determine the quality of the MATOC contractor�s performance, general trends, and usefulness of the information and incorporate this information into an overall performance confidence assessment. The Government will assign a performance confidence assessment, using the ratings in the enclosed Performance Confidence Assessment table, based on the MATOC contractor�s recent performance documented in CPARS.
