- This is a Pre-solicitation notice for bathroom renovations, door�replacement and parking lot resealing/restriping�at the Midland Weather Forecast Office located in Midland, Texas. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than�120 days after award. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Contract Opportunities website beta.SAM.gov and is scheduled for issuance on March 30, 2021 and quotes respnse date is April �9, 2021 no later than 5:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
