- REPLACE DOORS, WINDOWS, AND SHUTTERS. Offerors shall RSVP to the Contracting Officer, Scott Achin, via email at Scott_Achin@nps.gov NLT 1:00 PM EDT 22 March to determine if they will attend the site visit. Due to COVID-19, IAW cdc.gov guidelines, www.cdc.gov/coronovirus/2019-ncov/preven-getting-sick/cloth-face-cover-guidance.html, attendees must bring a mask or bandana to cover their nose and mouth for the duration of the site visit. Offerors are limited to one individual to attend the site visit. If no RSVPs are received, no formal site visit will be held. No individual site visits will be conducted.
