- UPDATED 3/29/2021: This is a notice to the public concerning the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the OPTIMA requirement to GSA Alliant 2 vendors (unrestricted). The RFP was release to GSA�Alliant 2 vendors on March 26, 2021.� ============================================================================ ============================================================================ AMENDED 5/6/2020: This Sources Sought notice has been amended to provide industry with the TSA's updated projected high level milestones for this procurement, as follows: Solicitation Release: June 2020 Proposals due: July 2020 Oral Presentations: August 2020 Contract Award: November 2020 This requirement will be competed under the GSA�s Best-In-Class Alliant 2 Unrestricted Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The TSA will provide notification of all updates to this requirement through this Sources Sought notice.
