It must also deliver warning of radar directed antiaircraft threats and serve as the controller for an integrated aircraft survivability equipment (ASE) system. The system must provide high sensitivity and precision angle of attack in a lightweight, modular configuration suitable for airborne or ground-based platforms, both manned and unmanned. The system must also operate independent of other sensors to provide enhanced situational awareness.
