Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source This notice is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. The purpose of this notice is to announce the United States Coast Guard�s intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price sole source purchase order with The Alaska Club Inc in JUNEAU ALASKA. gym membership services, located at 2841 Riverside Drive, Juneau, AK 99801 for the purpose of obtaining gym memberships for military personnel. The Government intends on purchasing the following items and quantities: Twenty four (24) six month memberships from 04/01/2021-09/30/2021 Twenty four (24) six month memberships from 10/01/2021-03/31/2022 �� The Government intends to negotiate solely with The Alaska Club INC. per FAR 13.106(b)(1), as no other source of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The Alaska Club INC. Serves as a standard for multiple members located throughout the United States Coast Guard. As part of the development of this standard, the memberships to be acquired under this action was developed to provide directly to USCG��ESD Juneau, Base Kodiak C4IT, and C3 CEN located in JUNEAU ALASKA no other source would meet Government requirements. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 713940, with a size standard of $8,000,000.00. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
